Limited Advent Calendar 2025 Blend
A visionary blend of American Rye and rare French Armagnac (1928 vintage), inspired by the golden age of air travel.
A modern American Rye finished in sherry casks for a rich, vibrant profile.
Triple-aged in American oak, this Highland malt delivers smooth depth shaped by distinct stills.
A revived Prohibition-era Kentucky bourbon, small-batch distilled to honor its legacy of resilience.
Made from corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, this Four Grain whiskey is aged in charred oak for balance and depth.
A blend of 5–7-year-old bourbons made from red, white, and blue heritage corn.

At this stage, we’re paying close attention to how each component behaves inside the blend over time. It’s not just about integration, but about which notes are stepping forward and which are choosing to stay in the background as the profile settles.
We’re also watching how the texture develops. Early signs of structure are there, but the real question is how the mouthfeel evolves as the components continue to align and the oak influence becomes more pronounced.
Nothing is being rushed here. This is the phase where patience gives us the clearest signals, allowing the blend to reveal its strengths naturally before any further decisions are made.
Where the blend starts to show
Blending is only the beginning. What follows is where the real work happens. As the whiskey rests, the components begin to settle into each other, smoothing transitions and building a profile that feels whole. Subtle shifts start to appear. A rounder texture, a more defined sweetness, a spice that sits exactly where it should.

Right now, your spirit is still at cask strength - untouched, uncut, and bold. From here, it’s up to your distillers to decide how (and if) they’ll proof it down.
What’s happening inside the barrel? The alcohol is slowly shifting, evaporating slightly, mingling deeper with the oak, and becoming more refined. You’re no longer just aging, you’re preparing for the finish line.

News from your distillers
People always ask why we don’t just bottle everything at cask strength. The truth? Not every whiskey benefits from staying that bold. At full proof, some notes can overpower others. Too much heat, not enough nuance.
That’s where proofing comes in. A few drops of water can open up the spirit, mellow the sharp edges, and let hidden flavors shine through. It’s not about watering it down, it’s about letting the whiskey breathe and find balance.
What cask strength really means to your Rye
You’ve tasted your Rye in its rawest form, as New Make. What comes next is a whole new beast: straight from the barrel, uncut, and matured. This is cask strength.
Every cask strength pour is different. The barrel, the climate, and the grain all play a role. That’s why this stage is key: we’re watching, measuring, and preparing to decide how strong your Rye should stay.

How often is this page updated?
We update the page whenever there’s meaningful progress with your cask—such as a new aging milestone, tasting sample, or important production decision. Expect updates every few months.
Will I be notified when there’s a new update?
Yes! We’ll send you an email whenever there’s a major update or new content available on the page—so you’re always in the loop.
When will I get my shipments?
- Month 1: Welcome kit + new-make spirit
- Month 6: 2 vials from the aging cask
- Month 12: Final delivery—2 full-size bottles of 6YO Bourbon
Will I be notified before my whiskey is shipped?
Yes. Before each shipment—whether it’s a sample vial or your final bottles—we’ll email you to confirm your shipping address. You’ll have time to make any updates if needed. Once your package is on the way, we’ll follow up with tracking info.
Will my bottles be numbered?
Yes. Each of your two 8YO Rye bottles will be individually numbered for authenticity and traceability. They’re exclusive to your Collective and your cask.

Can I cancel or get a refund after joining the Collective?
You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 3 days of purchase—no questions asked.
After that, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to the limited nature of the product and the personalized elements involved—each spot in the Collective is reserved just for you, and once the journey begins, your cask is already in motion.
What if I need to change my address?
No worries—just reach out to our customer support team and we’ll get things sorted for you.
What exactly did I purchase when I joined the Collective?
Participation in this cask co-ownership program represents a pre-order of the specified items. By joining, you acknowledged that you are purchasing the right to receive the outlined products, which will be delivered within a 12-month period. This is not a financial investment or security, and does not confer any legal ownership of the cask or its contents beyond the agreed-upon final goods.
Do you deliver where I live?
Currently, our services are available in all US states, except AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, SD, UT, and WV.
Our services are currently unavailable in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and overseas US military bases.
Furthermore, our vendors are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, courier depots, and mail forwarding services.
