They receive the gift card on the date you set - so they know something special is coming.

For this chapter of the Collective, we looked beyond the familiar and landed in Newport, Kentucky, home of New Riff Distilling. A distillery that does more than follow Kentucky tradition. It challenges it, refines it, and raises the bar. Together, we are filling a cask that reflects that bold spirit.

How does the Flaviar Cask Co-Op Collective work?
The recipient will become a co-owner of a genuine cask of the "New Riff Straight Rye Whiskey" and receive two bottles of the blend complete with their name on the label.
Three 1.5 oz. sample vials of the New Riff Straight Rye Whiskey, sent at key points during the aging process to taste its evolution.
And a personalized ownership certificate and membership card, marking their place in the collective.
This isn’t just a gift—it’s a shared whiskey journey, from cask to glass.
How does gifting work?
Gifting the Cask Co-Op Collective is simple:
1. Purchase & Send a Gift Card
Personalize a digital gift card with your message and schedule it to be sent .This lets them know something special is on the way.
2.First Shipment & Access to the Experience
Their first shipment arrives by late-May—no gift activation needed. It includes a Personalized Ownership Certificate, a sample vial, and access to the experiential page where they can follow the whiskey's journey.
All you need to do is send the gift card, and we’ll handle the rest!
What’s included in the experience?
- Two bottles of New Riff Straight Rye Whiskey (4 Years Old), complete with your name on the label.
- Three 1.5 oz. sample vials of either new make of similar mashbill, or barrel sample of New Riff, sent at key points during the aging process to taste its evolution.
- A personalized ownership certificate and membership card, marking your place in the collective.
When will the recipient get their shipments?
- Month 1 (by late-May): Welcome kit + a vial of new-make spirit
- Month 6: 2 vials from the aging cask
- Month 12: Final delivery—2 full-size bottles of 4YO Rye
Can I include a gift message?
Yes! A digital gift card with your message must be sent to the recipient so they know something special is coming their way. You can personalize it with a message during checkout.
Can I choose the date the gift card is sent?
Yes, you can schedule the date for the digital gift card to be sent.
How many people co-own a cask?
Each cask is shared by a limited group of members. For this seventh release, 200 spots are available.
Will their bottles be numbered?
Yes. Each of the two New Riff Straight Rye Whiskey bottles will be individually numbered for authenticity and traceability. They’re exclusive to your Collective and your cask.

Can I cancel or get a refund after purchasing the gift?
You can cancel your order and get a full refund within 3 days of purchase—no questions asked.
After that, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations due to the limited nature of the product and the personalized elements involved—each spot in the Collective is reserved just for them, and once the journey begins, their cask is already in motion.
What exactly am I purchasing with this gift?
Participation in this cask co-ownership program represents a pre-order of the specified items. By joining, you acknowledge that you are purchasing the right to receive the outlined products, which will be delivered within a 12-month period. This is not a financial investment or security, and does not confer any legal ownership of the cask or its contents beyond the agreed-upon final goods.
Where are your services available?
Currently, our services are available in all US states, except AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, SD, UT, and WV.
Our services are currently unavailable in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and overseas US military bases.
Furthermore, our vendors are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, courier depots, and mail forwarding services.
