When you purchase the Flaviar Whiskey Academy as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift card on the date you choose. To begin, they just need to activate their gift using the instructions on the card.

Their Tasting Boxes will ship within 5 business days of activation, and once they arrive, the recipient will also receive access to the Academy to begin their journey.

The Academy combines fun, bite-sized lessons with hands-on whiskey tasting. Each class includes:

• Guided tastings through each vial in the Tasting Boxes
• Quick assessments after every lesson to help lock in learning

Yes! You can add a personal message that will be delivered to the recipient along with their gift card. The card also includes simple instructions on how to activate their Academy experience.

After completing Class 1, you’ll unlock access to Class 2. However, Class 2 is still in development and will be released soon. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to continue your whiskey journey right where you left off.

Upon completing Class 1, your gift recipient will have the opportunity to level up their whiskey expertise with Class 2 and Class 3:

Class 2: American Whiskey Master

• 15 premium American Whiskey samples (3 boxes, 5 vials each)
• Delivered monthly over 3 months
• In-depth lessons on rare and allocated American whiskeys, advanced distillation, and unique aging techniques

Class 3: World Whiskey Master
