A Toast to Vanilla's Unsung Hero
Edmond’s Honor Madagascar Vanilla Bourbon Whiskey is made from a high-corn mash bill, aged in American Oak barrels, and finished in French Oak Cognac casks steeped with Madagascar vanilla. A hint of pure vanilla essence completes the blend. At 43% ABV, it offers warming aromatics of orange blossom and cinnamon, a silky palate with notes of Bourbon vanilla, candied almonds, and sandalwood, and a finish laced with baking spices. Winner of a Double Gold at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, it's a complex yet smooth whiskey that's history you can sip.
