Bardstown Cathedral French Oak Barrel Straight Bourbon is a symphony of flavors, thanks to its finishing in French oak barrels. This 55.05% ABV bourbon is a blend of carefully selected bourbons, each harmonizing with the cathedral-like grain of the oak. Expect a dance of rich, dry spice and subtle sweetness. With notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and caramel, this bourbon is a testament to the art of cooperage, earning accolades for its complex profile.

Founded in 2013 Bardstown’s production started hitting its full output in 2015. They produce six million proof gallons of spirit per year making it one of the largest most modern distilleries in the world.

Their juice is central to the production of dozens of brands including Jefferson’s, High West, James E. Pepper, and several others. Their Collaborative Distilling Program brings together a first-class team of operators, using some of the most sophisticated technology in distilling.

Their Bardstown Bourbon Blends come in a range of several series including their Discover, Fusion and Collaborative series.
