What exactly is Flaviar Founder’s Picks?
It’s a whiskey subscription featuring one hand-picked bottle delivered monthly. Each bottle is selected by our founder, Grisa, for its quality, character, and story—just top-shelf whiskey, on repeat.
What makes this gift special?
It’s not just premium whiskey. It’s whiskey with a story, curated by a true expert, and topped off with personal touches like bottle engraving. It’s the kind of gift people talk about long after the bottle’s empty.
How does gifting work?
You choose the number of monthly deliveries. They receive a gift card (with your personal message), activate it, and then we send them their first bottle—engraved with your custom message, of course.
When will the first bottle arrive?
Once your recipient activates the gift, we start shipping. Delivery usually takes a few business days.
What whiskeys will they be getting with their subscription?
Each month, they'll get a full-size bottle of premium whiskey worth $150* or more. The lineup spans bourbon, rye, Scotch, Japanese whisky, and more—because great whiskey isn’t limited to one style. Every bottle is hand-picked by Flaviar Founder Grisa Soba for its quality, craftsmanship, and story.
Is this subscription better value than buying bottles individually?
Yes. We secure each bottle at the best possible price available at the time of sourcing. The subscription price includes shipping and taxes, so what you see is what you pay.
Can this gift be personalized?
Yes, and that’s what makes it next-level. You can add a custom message to the gift card and we’ll engrave that message on their very first bottle. It’s thoughtful, personal, and way cooler than socks.
Can they choose what they receive in each shipment?
No—and that’s the beauty of it. This is a curated subscription, meaning the lineup is handpicked by our founder himself. They get the thrill of discovery without the guesswork.
What happens when the subscription ends?
The subscription renews automatically, so they never miss a bottle—but they're always in control. We’ll send them a reminder before it renews, and they can cancel anytime with just one click from their profile.
Where are your services available?
Currently, our services are available in all US states, except AL, AK, AR, DE, HI, MS, SD, UT, and WV.
Our services are currently unavailable in Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, and overseas US military bases.
Furthermore, our vendors are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO (AE/AP/AA) addresses, courier depots, and mail forwarding services.
