Zafra
Rum was first launched in
2009 by business partners
Lazaro Carbajal and
Gardner Blandon, who spent two years developing the brand.
Spanish for the act of
harvesting the sugar cane, Zafra is produced at the
Las Cabras facility in Panama.
Zafra Rum Masters Reserve 21 is a
21-year-old Rum that pays tribute to the time-honored tradition of Rum-making, from harvest to fermentation and distillation, aging and blending.
Zafra Master Series 30 is a
limited edition Rum aged for 30 years in hand-selected Bourbon casks. Only
6,720 bottles have been produced.
