Zafra, Spanish for, you’ve guessed it - harvest, is the brainchild of quite the legendary Master Distiller Francisco “Don Pancho” Fernandez Perez. Through the course of 50 years he travelled the world to assist in training of many Master Blenders & to taught the ways of many spirits - Vodka in Poland, Whisky in Scotland and Wine in France. After 50 years in the business he considers himself to be in his prime. Zafra 21 is in his humble opinion, the pinnacle of his career.
