Crafted from a medley of North Highland, Islay, and Speyside single malts, this whisky is a bright, fresh delight with a slightly waxy mouthfeel and a gentle smoky balance. Bottled at a robust 48.5% ABV, it’s non-chill filtered and free from added coloring. Expect a symphony of Gaia melon, lemongrass, and coastal peat, with a finish that lingers like a beach bonfire.

Golden amber

Nose / Aroma / Smell

Gaia melon, lemongrass, apricot, cucumber, waxed lemons, green peppercorn & capers in brine, green apples, lime cordial, grapefruit bitters, green peppers, coastal peat & beach bonfires.

Flavor / Taste / Palate

Greengage, cantaloupe melon, banana smoothie, lemon oil, grapefruit juice, capers, lemongrass, thyme, candlewax, 1st press olive oil and gentle smoke.

Finish

Lemon balm, thyme, camphor, earthy peat & gentle smoke. Long with a coating waxiness.
