A Single Cask Expression of Rare Distinction

This exceptional single cask release was matured in a hand-selected Oloroso Puncheon and bottled at a cask strength of 59.7% ABV. It reveals waves of orchard fruit, heather honey, and butterscotch. The palate unfolds with orange zest, baking spices, and chocolate, leading to a finish of citrus and ginger—a truly singular tasting experience.

Young Whiskies from the distillery is known to be lively and full of citrus notes. Although old ones got intense with leather and earthy aromas. It is really hard to find individual bottles of The GlenAllachie but you can feel it in Pernod Ricard blends.
