Meet the Stitzel Weller 'Stitzel Reserve' 31 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey, an ultra-rare, distillery-exclusive 'hazmat' bourbon. Released on April 30, 2026, this powerhouse was selected and blended by Nicole Austin. With a staggering proof and age, it's one of the oldest and highest-proof bourbons ever. Expect a dense, layered structure with rich aromas of pear brandy and antique leather, and a palate bursting with dark chocolate and black cherry. A few drops of water reveal delicate apple blossom florals.
