Colonel Randolph 16-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a single barrel marvel, revived by Old Commonwealth Distillery. Originally a 1990s gem, this 2025 revival boasts a 106 proof punch with a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. Expect a nose of rich tannins and charred oak, a palate of baking chocolate and candied peaches, and a finish that lingers with dark chocolate and maraschino cherry sweetness. It's a bourbon that whispers tales of yesteryears.
