Minden Mill American Single Malt Whiskey is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship. Made from 100% estate-grown and malted barley, this whiskey undergoes clear-wort fermentation and is distilled in hand-built Forsyth pot stills. The thermal-oil calandria system ensures high temperatures, unlocking Maillard-driven caramel notes. Aged five years in oloroso sherry, ex-bourbon, and American oak casks, it boasts an ABV that delivers a symphony of fig, caramel, and golden raisin aromas, with a palate rich in caramel, dried cherry, and a luxurious mouthfeel.
