Crafted by the legendary Chip Tate, this bourbon undergoes a unique multi-barrel finish, dancing through Sonoma Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Apple Brandy, Oloroso Sherry, Muscatel, and Tokaji casks. With a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, it boasts an ABV that packs a punch. Expect a nose of plum and cinnamon, a palate of dark stone fruit and mocha, and a finish of black cherry and dark chocolate.
