Distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2025, this whisky is a cask strength powerhouse at 59.8% ABV. Aged in a first-fill sherry hogshead, it boasts a nose of cinnamon, ginger spice, and milk chocolate. The palate dances with spiced fruits, plum, and charred oak, while the finish lingers with red berries and black pepper. With only 320 bottles, it’s a dram worth savoring.
