Meet Elijah Craig Barrel Proof Batch C925, the grand finale of 2025's trilogy. This 9-year-old bourbon is a powerhouse, bottled uncut and unfiltered at a fiery 129 Proof. Crafted with a mashbill of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye, it delivers a symphony of flavors. Expect a nose of apple chip and brown sugar, a palate rich with raisin and cinnamon, and a finish that lingers with dry oak and leather. It's a bold testament to Elijah Craig's legacy.

Elijah Craig Bourbon is the flagship premium spirit coming out of the Heaven Hill Distillery. The name comes from one of the god-fathers of Kentucky Whiskey-making, the Reverend Elijah Craig who devised a few production improvements back in the 1700s.

It is available in a few special production single-barrel releases and some exclusive long-aged versions, but the 12YO is the core of the Elijah Craig line.

It is complex, rich and toasty on the nose, with a full flavor profile of ripe apple and sweet Madeira Wine complimenting the vanilla and spice. The finish is creamy-smooth with toasted oak and a tad of maple.
