Starting with a high-rye mash bill of heritage grains, it's aged in charred American oak, then finished in French oak wine barrels. This bourbon is a blend of Doc Brown's own and a seven-year-old from Green River Distilling, creating a complex profile. At 60.4% ABV, it boasts notes of dark fruit, caramel, and spices, offering a bold, cask-strength experience.

Appearance / Color

Deep, burnished copper to dark amber.

Nose / Aroma / Smell

Intensely aromatic with layers of dark fruit (blackcurrant, raspberry, grape jelly), sweet buckwheat honey, and rich cocoa powder.

Flavor / Taste / Palate
