Colonel E.H. Taylor, Jr. Distiller’s Council is a limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon that pays homage to the bourbon pioneer himself. Crafted using Taylor's original techniques, this 100-proof marvel is a modern nod to the 19th-century bourbons of the O.F.C Distillery. With a mash bill and fermentation process echoing the past, it boasts flavors of honey, molasses, and cherry candy, balanced by spicy rye and aged oak. This bourbon is a testament to tradition and innovation, bottled in a vintage-style decanter.

Buffalo Trace is a highly respected brand from the famous distillery of the same name. The Buffalo Trace Distillery claims to be “the most awarded distillery” in America.

It has become the flagship of the Sazerac Bourbon line-up. They keep the mash bill tight — corn, rye, and malted barley with no wheat filler. It is also aged 7 years and served up at 45% ABV. All that means good Bourbon flavor in every sip.

We taste buttery caramel, toffee, dried pineapple, and cinnamon toast. The finish is decent in length with lingering spice and sweet.
