Old Soul Bourbon: Southern Charm in a Glass

Old Soul Estate Collection No. 03 is a 7-year-old straight bourbon whiskey that’s as Southern as sweet tea. Crafted entirely in-house at Cathead Distillery, this bourbon is a Mississippi marvel. With a mash bill of 65% corn, 28% wheat, and a rare 7% sorghum grain, it’s distilled in a 500-gallon copper pot still and aged in the sultry Mississippi heat. At 111.5 proof, it’s bold yet buttery, with notes of molasses, caramel, and a hint of cherry cordial. A true Southern belle in a bottle.
