Distilled on August 9, 2011, and bottled on October 16, 2024, this beauty boasts a robust 55.5% ABV. Born from a single hogshead cask #308344, only 232 bottles exist. Expect a symphony of fruity aromas—peach, apples, citrus—layered with malty dry hay. The palate dances with green and stone fruits, honey water, and floral notes, finishing with a wood dryness and lingering apple peel.
