Layered and complex with crystallised fruit, quince, delicate smoke, subtle wax and mineral notes.

Spicy and rich — dark honeycomb sweetness, hints of pine oil and rosemary smoke, balanced with orchard fruit and gentle peat.

Long, sweet-smoky with wood ash, pepper and aniseed.
