Bourbon Meets Mizunara Magic

Bardstown Reserve Hokkaido Mizunara Oak Barrel is a bourbon like no other. This 54.65% ABV beauty is a blend of aged bourbons, finished in rare Mizunara oak barrels from Hokkaido, Japan. The result? A symphony of sandalwood, coconut, and vanilla on the nose, with a palate of toasted nuts, warm spices, and dark cherry. The finish is long, smooth, and sweet, with a whisper of Mizunara magic. A true international collaboration in a 375 mL bottle.

Founded in 2013 Bardstown’s production started hitting its full output in 2015. They produce six million proof gallons of spirit per year making it one of the largest most modern distilleries in the world.

Their juice is central to the production of dozens of brands including Jefferson’s, High West, James E. Pepper, and several others. Their Collaborative Distilling Program brings together a first-class team of operators, using some of the most sophisticated technology in distilling.

Their Bardstown Bourbon Blends come in a range of several series including their Discover, Fusion and Collaborative series.
