Founded in 2012
Dingle Distillery is located in the southwest of Ireland, in the Milltown district of Dingle. In 2012 the distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes as a brave initiative.

The first Spirit dripped from the stills in November 2012, and bottles are expected to be released in 2016. The distillery has 3 copper pot stills designed by John McDougall. The distillery projects an output of 2 casks per day.

What does Dingle taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Dingle Irish Whiskey. It's based on all Dingle drinks in our large database and gives you a chance to taste Dingle before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
