CHAIRMAN'S RESERVE

Founded in 1999
Chairman’s Reserve gets its name from Chairman, Laurie Barnard who developed the quality Rum which was blended using continuous and pot still Rums.

Distilled by St. Lucia Distillers, the Rum was first blended in 1999. The label achieved extreme success in the local markets and expanded internationally.

Chairman’s Reserve is critically acclaimed winning Gold - Best in Class at the International Wine & Spirits Competition and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

The Rum is matured in Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Buffalo Trace American oak casks, separately according to still, for an aggregate of 5 years, before being blended and married in oak for a further six months.

The entire range also consists of their Chairman's Reserve Forgotten Casks, Spiced, and White Label expressions.

What does Chairman's Reserve taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Chairman's Reserve rum and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
