Patrick Cooney knows Irish Spirits. He and his brother Nicholas purchased Gleeson — building the beverage-maker through organic growth and acquisitions to a nine-figure Irish giant. The first thing that you need to know is that The Whistler Blenders Select Irish Cream is NOT made with second-tier leftover Spirits. That’s what a lot of cheap Liqueurs do. Instead, this fine Liqueur starts with premium Single Pot-still Irish Whiskey and cream from local, grass-fed dairy cows. The result is a decadent treat made in small batches and bottled at 19% ABV. It’s the richest and most complex Irish Cream Liqueur you’ll find.
