Redemption Straight Bourbon is a working man’s dram looking for a shot at your next cocktail.

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirit was founded in 1981 by Bill Deutsch to develop and market high quality Wine and Spirits. The company started with two employees importing Wines from Europe. Over the last forty years they have grown to develop their own brands in addition to their import and distribution business. They currently work with Wine and Spirits from every major producing country and region you can think of.

Redemption is determined to win the hearts and cocktails of the daily drammer. Redemption Straight Bourbon Whiskey has a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It’s been aged about two and a half years in new oak and is delivered at 42% ABV. The high-corn formulation gives it a sweet, more caramel palate compared to their other offerings. This is a working man’s Bourbon that was awarded a Gold Medal and 91 points in Los Angeles.

Joshua,
not bad. not great. It is very boring to me. The flavor isn't unique enough. The finish isn't strong enough. nothing really stands out here. but I don't hate it.

Matthew
Matthew,
Its an OK sipping bourbon, not great for any cocktails. Low burn, not a whole lot of flavor but its not awful. Its a bit overpriced in my area though.

Jerry
Jerry,
For an inexpensive bourbon, this makes great Old Fashioneds. It's not on my list of straight bourbons but we keep several bottles at the house for those nights when we want a mixed drink.

Steve
Steve,
Alcohol blast with a rough leather and spicy finish.

Wallace
Wallace,
Not a lot of depth, sweet. Easy drink.
