The agave needs 16 years to mature before it is harvested in Sierra Sur and naturally fermented in open air for 3 days before beingcrushed by a stone tahona. Distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 40.2% ABV, this authentic Mezcal releases a flavorful abundance of citrus, jalapeno, smoke, white pepper, earthy and mineral notes on the well-balanced palate.
