Matured first in ex-bourbon barrels, then romanced by Foursquare Rum casks, it’s bottled at a bold 50% ABV. Expect a symphony of coconut, treacle, and lemon on the nose, cascading into a crescendo of clove, cinnamon, and caramel on the palate, finishing in a soft echo of custard.
