Appleton Estate 21 Year Old Nassau Valley Cask Rum is a blend of rare and hand-picked pot and column-still Rums that are cut with Jamaican limestone-filtered water. The Rums were aged in American Oak Bourbon barrels for at least 21 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica. Master Blender Joy Spence personally selects every barrel. The final result brings flavors of deep vanilla, mellow orange peel, rich nutmeg, almond, warm coffee, and cocoa. Platinum Award from the Beverage Tasting Institute in 2021.
