Unito Mezcal: Crafted with Passion
Unito Artesanal Mezcal is a testament to the art of mezcal-making. Crafted from Espadín agave aged 8-11 years, it’s harvested at its prime in Oaxaca's fertile fields. The agave hearts are slow-cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a traditional stone mill, and fermented in pine vats. Double distilled in copper stills, it boasts a smooth, fruity profile with light smoke and citrus notes. With a Silver Medal from the 2023 Las Vegas Global Spirit Awards, it's a mezcal that stands out.
