Güey Ensamble Mezcal is a harmonious blend of Espadín and Cuishe agaves, aged 7 and 12 years respectively. Born at 1700 meters in Oaxaca's rugged terrain, this mezcal is distilled in copper stills after a 4-day roast and 6-day fermentation. At 42% ABV, it boasts subtle smoke, a touch of sweetness, and effortless drinkability. With notes of lime, pepper, and butterscotch, it's a testament to the artistry of mezcal-making.
