Learn more >One of the most revered Gins from an unexpected place.
Named for Ungava Bay in northern Quebec, this Canadian Gin comes from the most northern tip of Quebec. The views are breathtaking there with visible Northern Lights and ice floes casually drifting around. Plus, a bunch of precious botanicals are native to the arctic region and it’s these precious plants together with the unparalleled climate that make Ungava Gin pretty darn unique.
Made with six Canadian arctic botanicals including crowberry, cloudberry, wild rose hip, nordic juniper, arctic blend, and Labrador tea, the recipe for Ungava Gin dates back two generations. All botanicals are hand-foraged and dried in northern Quebec before they’re slowly steeped for 5 weeks until the complex flavor and unique golden color emerge to take your senses on a journey not often seen in Gin. Pour it over ice and serve it simply with a grapefruit wedge. Or any way you like your Gin, really.
