Un Joven muy special.

Casa Noble was founded by a celebrated Tequila Maker Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo in Jalisco, Mexico. Each bottle of their ultra-premium Tequila is based on 7 generations worth of experience and precious knowledge. They stick to doing their own thing there, answering to their own high standards instead of satisfying fleeting trends. This is why their Tequila is triple distilled (instead of only twice) and it’s 100% estate-grown. Their agave fields (that they tend to themselves) are located at high-altitudes in the mountains of western Jalisco and they produce their own compost to return to the nature that what ought to be returned.

Their Special Reserve bottles are all single barrel releases. Casa Noble Special Reserve Joven Tequila stands out in the crowd of Joven Tequilas. First, it’s aged for 6 months in French oak barrels as opposed to ex-Bourbon. Second, it’s bolder than most Tequilas, punching in at 51% ABV. Every bottle is number and signed on the luxurious and heavy-weight glass. The palate releases flavors of white pepper, Tabasco heat, and green chile, all nicely balanced with the subtle sweetness of light brown sugar, honey, and lemon tea. Mas, por favor!

Very interesting and satisfyin...

Very interesting and satisfying tequila. It is much smoother than I expected given the proof. The sweet notes blend well with the chile. The finish is spicy yet exceptionally smooth
