A rare Japanese twist to an already exceptional Tequila.
With their name fueled by the fire of the Dragones of San Miguel de Allende, a royal calvary who played a crucial role in the Mexican independence movements, the ethos of this Tequila-producing brand revolves around… yeah, you guessed it, fire again! But this time, we mean a burning, fiery passion for producing the absolute best Tequila out there — and producing it with the use of modern, innovative, and (above all) sustainable processes.
Their agave fields are located in the Valley of Tequila, maturing in the silica and potassium-rich soil of the Trans-Mexican Volcanic Belt — a real heaven on earth for the piñas. Plus, the brand swears on small-batch production, which allows them to hyper-focus on the supreme sensory experience of its sipping Tequila.
Their newest release is taking all of that a step further. Actually, not a step, a whole mile further. It is the first time Mizunara oaks were used for resting Tequila. With their meticulous attention to detail and explorative Spirit, this endeavor was sure to be a success that delivers something totally unique. So, what's the result? A subtle dance between their 100% pure blue agave and the subtlety of oak, producing enamoring notes of apricot and butterscotch that really push the limits of your everyday understanding of Tequila.
