Bourbon from the Big Apple.
Bootlegger Whiskey comes from the Do Good Distillery, situated in Roscoe, New York. That’s right, it’s not just a name thing, but since we're talking names ― the distillery got its title from a toast by a co-founder's Navy buddy. Here we have a Bourbon Whiskey that's been mashed, distilled, and bottled on the outskirts of New York City. New York is never going to be a place where things are done on a small scale and the good folks at the Do Good Distillery already have a Vodka, Gin, and Bourbon Cream as well.
Bootlegger New York Craft Bourbon is a quality American Bourbon that is made exclusively from corn grown in New York. With different barrel sizes being used for maturation the makers simply state that the pot-distilled Spirit is aged in new charred oak for as long as it needs depending on the cask. By also only filtering the matured Whiskey through a cotton mesh, the final product is proudly stamped with gluten-free and kosher status. Not that we needed another reason to love New York City, but boy do we love having one more.
