Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin is a silky-smooth, modern Gin that will earn its place on your top shelf.

"Proper" Gins are usually associated with the UK and Jenever, it’s rustic cousin, with Holland. Well, Nolet’s is based in Holland and Gin is what they’ve made... for more than 300 years. Their motto is: “The Finest Gins,” and they have earned that moniker. Their current Gin line-up includes three Gins: Silver, Reserve, and Heritage.

The distillery also produces Kettle One Vodka and a few other brands. They help smaller shops with production, but they keep that work low profile. The point here is: these guys have tons — well, centuries — of experience and are respected and trusted by the entire Spirits community.

Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin is a premium, modern Gin. Juniper defines most Gins, and some classic Gins (here's looking at you, London Dry!) really hit you in the face with enough juniper, pine & resin flavor to leave a mark. Sometimes that's exactly what you want in your Martini, but Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin doesn’t scream PINE FOREST in your face in a brutal manner.

Like many modern style Gins, it only whispers juniper and pairs it with a bouquet of roses and fresh fruits. Sipping it neat or on the rocks is fun, especially if tannins aren't your best friends. It's also bottled at an impressive 47.6% ABV, which complements the floral notes rather well.

The Negroni we made out of it was absolutely fantastic... and silky smooth.

Flavor Spiral TM
About the Flavor Spiral
What does Nolet's Silver Dry Gin taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Nolet's Silver Dry Gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

How much Tonic is in a Gin & Tonic? The ideal proportions for a perfect Gin & Tonic is one part Gin and two parts Tonic.
As producers try to develop new styles and flavors of Gin, to push the category and find a niche, the need for trying new methods of extracting flavors, as well as using more unusual botanicals, has grown.

One such way is the vacuum distillation method, when the redistillation of botanicals takes place in a vacuum.
London Dry Gin is not always from London. Gin does not have the same geographical restrictions as Spirits such as Cognac, Scotch, or Tequila. Only a tiny handful of London Dry Gins are actually made in the city.
Gin gets its dominant flavour from juniper berries. As with many other spirits, Gin was originally intended to be used as medicine. Yeah right!
While juniper-heavy Gin is perfect for your daily G&T, it is also complemented extremely well by tea flavours such as Earl Grey. Try steeping Earl Grey tea bags in Gin for an hour before mixing it with lemon juice and soda for a refreshing tipple. This one gets you additional kudos, so let’s keep it between us.
Hardcore Gin lovers say the word Martini should never be preceded by Vodka, lobster, or pomegranate. They say the original and the only real Martini consists of Gin, Vermouth & olives, period!
