The other entry to the Aromatic Yeast series, the Miyagikyo Single Malt Aromatic Yeast is Nikka's tribute to the mighty yeast cell. Part of the 2021 Discovery series, created to highlight the key stages in the creation of its Yoichi and Miyagikyo Single Malts, this 2022 Miyagikyo focuses on the specific influence of yeast in the flavor profile.

The Whisky reveals a delicate profile with fruity accents with pear, peach, and apricot, as well as cereal, brioche bread, acacia honey and more atypical notes of lavender and marshmallow.
