A warm and fresh Reposado Tequla aged in Bourbon casks from the heart of Jalisco.

At the entry to the El Pandillo Distillery in Jesús Maria, Jalisco, Mexico, stand a traditional Takano millstone. It was delivered there to start the original Camarena Family distillery, but the Mexican Revolution from 1910 - 1920 raged and the facility was destroyed before it was completed. The distillery is run by the current patriarch Felipe Caraena, with the fourth generation of the family managing the agave harvests and working the copper stills.

The G4 line of Tequilas from the El Pandillo Distillery honors the four generations of the Camarena family. G4 Tequila Reposado is made following the traditional farm-to-glass methods practiced there for a hundred years. It’s crafted from 100% pure Weber blue agave that’s slow roasted. The Spirit is aged a minimum of six months in ex-Bourbon casks and delivered at 40% ABV.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Corner
Tequila goes bad with time. Once you open a bottle of Tequila, you better be in the mood to drink it. Generally, you have one to two months before oxidization and evaporation diminish the quality of the Tequila and destroys the Agave flavor profile.
