Coppersea Whiskeys are double distilled using a fire copper technique, directly firing their still to create flavors that would otherwise be left out in a steam-jacketed distillation.

This method allows the mash to caramelize as it cooks, giving Coppersea spirits a distinctive flavor profile full of complexity.

Coppersea’s Whiskey lineup includes their Excelsior Bourbon (the “only 100% New York Bourbon”), Bonticou Crag Straight Single Malt Rye, and Big Angus Green Malt.
