Bourbon has caught the eye of Spirits aficinados around the world—and we can't blame 'em. Made from a grain mixture that's at least 51% corn, Bourbon gets much of its flavor from the new and charred American white oak barrels it's matured in.

And that flavor? It can go anywhere from hot and spicy to sweet and floral. Either way, it'll keep you in good company. And on your toes.
Bourbon vs. Whiskey
All Bourbon is Whiskey, but not all Whiskey is Bourbon. For a Whiskey to call itself Bourbon, its mash must contain at least 51% corn, the rest can be filled out with malted barley, rye or wheat. Oh, and no added flavoring, coloring or additives allowed. Just good old water.
Location, Location, Location
By law, Bourbon must be produced in the US.
Bourbon vs. Age
Bourbon must be aged in a brand-new, charred white oak barrel and it has to be be matured—even if it’s only briefly. Bourbon that has an age stated on its label must be labeled with the age of the youngest Whiskey in the bottle.
