All about Stellum Spirits
Barrel Craft Spirits was founded by technology entrepreneur and former homebrewer Joe Beatrice in 2013 in Kentucky. Inspired by Scotland's independent bottlers, BCS sources all their premium Spirits from all over the world, supporting distillers that use time-honored distilling traditions, and blends them in the most transparent way possible. Bottled in Kentucky, BCS Spirits, including Rum, Whiskey, Rye, and Bourbon are blended in high-quality casks without any coloring, flavoring, or water.
Famous for their cask-strength, small-batch, and single barrel expressions, BCS Spirits have garnered the most prestigious awards for their blends, including Double Gold for their blended Bourbon at the 2020 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
Launched in 2021, Stellum Spirits is a brand of premium Spirits under the BCS umbrella. The collection showcases blends that are a sum greater than its parts with a barrel-proof Bourbon, barrel-proof Rye, and a single barrel program.
The founder Joe Beatrice said, “We wanted to create a brand that brings American Whiskey into the modern age with simple elegant blends and single barrels selected with care and intention.”
