Their award-winning lineup has snagged accolades from several prestigious institutions including the Ultimate Spirits Challenge, San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and the American Distiller’s Institute.

Santa Fe Spirits is situated 7,000 feet above sea level at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo mountain range in the heart of the Southwest.

Santa Fe Spirits was founded in 2010 by an Englishman and Whiskey aficionado Colin Keegan, whose vision was to grow local, organic ingredients to bring high-quality Scotch-style Whiskies and Calvados-style apple Brandies to the Southwest.

The artisan distillery boast a diverse line up including their Silver Coyote Pure Malt Whisky, Expeditions Vodka, Santa Fe Spirits Apple Brandy, Wheeler’s Gin, Colkegan Single Malt Whiskey, Atapiño and Slow Burn Liqueurs, Colkegan Apple Brandy Cask Finished and Colkegan Cask Strength Single Malt.

For a relatively small facility, Santa Fe Spirits produces a top quality product, using local, organic ingredients to bring high-quality Scotch-style Whiskies and Calvados-style apple Brandies to the Southwest.

Santa Fe Spirits utilizes both large continuous stills and small artisanal stills, depending on the product and desired result in flavor profile. Their Whiskey and apple Brandy are produced using a small batch artisanal still, while their Vodka and Gin utilize a continuous still and artisan still.
