Pure organic agave luxury.

Casa Noble Tequila was founded by Jose “Pepe” Hermosillo aka “Maestro Tequilero.” Maestro is a celebrated Tequila maker, with a dedicated cause; making Tequilas worth your time. Tequila crafted from certified organic blue weber agave plants, matured exclusively on the 3000-acre Casa Noble estate, nestled in the Jalisco region of Mexico, in a rolling wave of lush hillsides.

These spiny barbed creatures, looking like displaced sea urchins, have their own personal microclimate:

“Grown at a high altitude, the fields are on an incline, which makes for more fibrous agaves, yielding a Tequila with lots of character and spice and herbal notes.” When the blue agave turn 14 they are harvested by Casa Noble's legendary “agave whisperers,” hired full time, these “jimadors” have an enchanting relationship with the land having lived and worked on it for generations.

The hearts of the plant or piñas are removed using a small, flat knife called a coa. Casa Noble follows traditions that have been passed down for over 7 generations. The piñas are cooked in stone ovens for 36 hours and distilled thrice through a copper-pot still. The luxury Tequila is then matured in French oak casks for 364 days (the maximum length permitted by law).

Crafted meticulously in small batches, Reposado earned 93 points by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, and Casa Noble was named "Tequila Producer of the Year" at the 2016 International Spirits Challenge.

Smartass Corner:
The agave hearts or ‘piñas' are cooked in stone ovens for 36 hours at approximately 212° Fahrenheit (larger scale distilleries usually cook piñas in stainless steel for only six to eight hours).

Ratings & Reviews
Tony
Tony,
Coming from Jose Cuervo, this is a more robust tequila with a heartier profile and little of any sweetness. Love it with WithCo margarita mix

Elliot
Elliot,
A really nice flavour. A little harsher than I would have liked, but for the price it’s worth it.

William
William,
Drink it straight and you won’t regret that decision. A nice spice and lingering sweetness.

Greg
Greg,
I’m not a huge tequila fan but wanted to give it another go with something other than the run of mill grocery store stuff. I actually find this quite drinkable, with the typical tequila nose and a nice long sweet finish.

Geoffrey
Geoffrey,
I haven't drank tequila in a long time and never without salt and lime. It has a pleasant aroma with a whiff of salt. I find the taste starts with a bit of spice than mellows out into chocolate. It has a pleasant warmth to it and sips nicely. Definitely a nice return to tequila.

Lawrence
Lawrence,
This tequila is nicely made and well balanced. The nose hints of citrus with that familiar tequila smokey warmth. The tongues is bright, with hints of lime, hints of vanilla and orange zest with a smooth yet smokey finish. Definitely a keeper.

Christian
Christian,
Smooth with hints of pepper and caramel.

Rachel

Nice pepper finish good sweet top honey

Pepe
Pepe,
Nice and smooth. Nothing special at first but I was sad when that bottle was done.

Jason
Jason,
This brand, in general, is underappreciated overshadowed by many better-known companies. They are great at what they do.

Kenyada
Kenyada,
Very smooth tequila

Rich
Rich,
Not a sipping tequila. Works great in a margarita but don’t buy expecting a smooth neat tequila. Had hoped for more.

Daniel
Daniel,
The aroma is of vanilla and fruity with cooked agave. Very smooth with a buttery texture. The taste starts fruity with caramelized orange peel. It ends fruity with a little pepper. Very drinkable.

Jacquie
Jacquie,
Not my type of Tequila- super harsh when I was expecting smooth - maybe I got a bad batch, but I can’t even give this bottle away when people try it.

Anthony
Anthony,
Very tasty. As good as any tequila
