Bloom is so called because of its floral nature, the distillery itself is very traditional, using a copper pot still that is charged with neutral wheat spirit, fresh spring water and the botanicals and left to steep for 24 hours before distillation. Winners of numerous high profile awards, this distillery and Gin are well worth exploring further.
