The Three-Botanical Gin.
Bloom is so called because of its floral nature, the Distillery itself is very traditional, using a copper pot still that is charged with neutral wheat Spirit, fresh spring water and the botanicals and left to steep for 24 hours before distillation. Winners of numerous high profile awards, this Distillery and Gin are well worth exploring further.
Bloom London Dry Gin is made using just three botanicals – honeysuckle, pomelo and chamomile. This Gin is very light and floral in taste and composition. There is an unexpected sweetness to it but no sugars or additives have been mixed in, it is the natural taste profile of the botanicals working together in eloquent harmony.
