• Bitters
• Ice
• Garnish

Fill a glass with ice (tumbler, highball or Spanish-style coppa), add Gin, top with tonic, and add three dashes of Bitters. Garnish with citrus fruit, herbs or even juniper berries, and enjoy.

French 75

The legend goes that this drink was invented in Harry’s American Bar in Paris in 1925, and was named after the 75mm Howitzer field gun used by the French army in the First World War. However it got its name, here's the French 75 recipe and it’s damn delicious.
