Solera Gran Reserva refers to the length of ageing and is the classification of the longest-aged Brandies.

Uno En Mil Solera Gran Reserva is a holandas, which means it is of a relatively low alcoholic content, but that it requires high quality wines that are distilled in traditional pot stills. Check out our tasting notes to learn what it tastes like.

The Romate distillery was founded in the 18th century by Juan Sánchez de la Torre in Jerez de la Frontera and is one of the few remaining wineries that are still in the hands of local owners.
