Join the clubA refreshing ritzy Spirit for alcohol-free evenings.
There are times when you simply can't drink alcoholic booze. Maybe you're expecting or perhaps you're the designated driver (for which we applaud you!). But that doesn't mean you have to drink boring fizzy drinks or, god forbid, water! We got your back with a wonderful non-alcoholic (we know, right?) distilled Spirit.
Now, hold on a second. Distilled Spirit that is non-alcoholic? It must be a sick prank. Well, it's not. Way back in the ancient days of 2015, Seedlip was born, the first of its kind. It takes six weeks to create this curious drink and it involves maceration, distillation and filtration for every botanical. There are no calories, no sugar, no sweeteners or artificial mumbo-jumbo - only the best ingredients that made their way into the world's favorite cocktail bars and Michelin starred restaurants.
Seedlip's expression called Spice 94 is made from allspice, cardamom, oak, lemon, grapefruit and cascarilla, while its name comes from the years allspice berries were discovered by Columbus in Jamaica. It's an aromatic concoction that goes well with Tonic or red grapefruit.
Appearance / Color
Clear.
Nose / Aroma / Smell
Potent spicy aroma of allspice berries and cardamom on the nose with hints of citrus.
Flavor / Taste / Palate
Spicy flavor of allspice with a touch of lemon and grapefruit peel with a following long bitter flavor from top-notch barks.

Floral and spicy with a citrusy finish.
The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Seedlip Spice 94 and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.
We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
What’s the difference between maceration and vapor infusion?
With maceration, the more delicate botanicals are soaked and cooked in a still. With vapor infusion, the botanicals are placed above the base spirit whilst it’s heated and the vapor passes through the botanicals, becoming infused with the essential oils.
