Yes, it's sweet. Unique. I get a bunch of ginger and vanilla, with a spicy undertone and finish. A bit zesty. Very good sipping rum. I don't think I'd like it for a mixer. It's too good to mix anyway. Almost 9 stars. Really, really good sipper, especially for the price! Cheers! KP from NC

Fantastic siping rum, neat or even in certain cocktails. Very easy on the palate, warm vanilla and tropical fruit with subtle spices. A great rum smooth and easy to drink and a great price point. Iโ€™ve had much more expensive rums that were nowhere near this full and smooth.

I love that it's soothe and now over powering. Gentle flavor spiral that has nice unexpected surprises.
