Through a partnership with Luxco, he started making a revitalized Yellowstone Bourbon in Lebanon, Kentucky, using some of the original J.B. Dant mash bills. This revitalized version of the Bourbon aims to honor the brand's rich history while providing a new and improved flavor.

Limestone Branch Distillery is a small craft distillery located in Lebanon, Kentucky, founded in 2010 by Stephen Beam, a  descendant of the legendary Beam family, who's been making Kentucky Bourbon for over two centuries.

Stephen’s the great-great-grandson of Joseph Washington Dant, a pioneer of the industry and is credited with inventing the sour mash process, which is still used today.

Limestone Branch Distillery is located on the site of the former Yellowstone Distillery, which the Dant family has operated for more than 100 years. The distillery was closed in the 1990s, but Beam saw an opportunity to revive the family tradition and purchased the old distillery in 2010.

Since then, Limestone Branch has become known for its small-batch, handcrafted offerings, tours, and tastings where visitors can learn about the history of Bourbon-making, as well as the unique processes used by Limestone Branch to create its award-winning Spirits.
